Located along Montreal’s historic Lachine Canal, CIRKA is proud to be Quebec’s first grain-to-bottle distillery. We transform locally sourced grains and botanicals into award-winning spirits. Join us for a guided tour and tasting, learn about our distillation process, and enjoy a selection of whisky, gin, vodka, and liqueurs.
